2. We search and interview candidates
Using your guidance, we leverage our network of executives to find you the right fit. Initial interviews will be conducted and recorded by the Align team.
3. We deliver our recommendations
Recommendations are made and context given as to why certain candidates move forward. Recordings will be made available to you in order to determine suitability.
4. We win when you do
If the successful candidate does not stay in the role for 6 months, 50% of the placement fee is refunded. No questions asked.
